Yes, the ₦50,000 caution/security deposit is fully refundable. It will be returned within 24 hours of checkout, provided there is no damage to the property. Cleaning is free — no additional cleaning fee is charged.
Lekki Haven is a private 1-bedroom apartment designed for a maximum of 2 guests. This ensures every guest enjoys a peaceful, premium experience.
Yes, Edgewater Estate provides free parking within the gated compound. Parking details will be shared in your check-in instructions email.
No, Lekki Haven is a residential shortlet within a quiet gated estate. Events, parties, and loud gatherings are strictly not permitted. This policy ensures the comfort of all estate residents.
Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in receive a full refund (minus the caution deposit, which is never charged). Cancellations within 7 days of check-in are non-refundable. For peak season bookings (December 10 – January 5), cancellations must be made at least 14 days before check-in.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at Lekki Haven. This is due to estate regulations and to maintain the apartment's premium condition for all guests.
For security reasons, the full address is not published online. You will receive the complete address, gate access instructions, WiFi details, and check-in information via email 48 hours before your arrival.
Same-day bookings are subject to availability and may not always be possible as we need time to prepare the apartment to our standards. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance. Contact us on WhatsApp for urgent requests.
Weekday stays: 1 night minimum. Weekend stays (Friday/Saturday check-in): 2 nights minimum. Peak season (December 10 – January 5): 3 nights minimum.
Yes, our building has a swimming pool and gym exclusively for residents. However, the pool is currently undergoing renovation and is temporarily unavailable. The gym is accessible but has limited equipment at this time. We will update this page once the pool renovation is complete. In the meantime, guests can enjoy our private AstroTurf garden, 24/7 power, fast WiFi, and all other in-apartment amenities.
